Victory Vetmobiles
Many remote communities lack access to safe, consistent veterinary care. That gap affects public health, animal welfare, and community wellbeing. Victory Vetmobiles change that—bringing professional, fully equipped care directly where it’s needed most.

From Green Building to Animal Care Infrastructure

CARE Network, a registered non-profit animal shelter and rescue organization is based on the rugged west coast of Vancouver Island. For over a decade, CARE has helped any animal in need—mostly dogs and cats—while working alongside communities facing limited access to veterinary care.

Before founding CARE, some of us worked in the green building sector on big, unique and tiny projects. That background in sustainable design now fuels our approach to creating practical, efficient, and community-ready animal care infrastructure.

Our Path to Victory Vetmobiles

About three years ago, our team at CARE Network, together with community partners, needed a way to overcome the lack of veterinary access in remote areas. That’s when we launched Mission Pawsible—British Columbia’s first non-profit, mobile veterinary clinic primarily serving rural and Indigenous communities.

We now have four mobile clinics, and that hands-on experience inspired our next step: Victory Vetmobiles—a project of CARE Network that designs and builds high-quality, affordable mobile clinics and multi-use animal structures for communities everywhere.

What Makes Us Different

As a non-profit builder and operator, we offer something unique:
-
Lower cost: We build at a fraction of commercial prices.
-
Experience: We design for real conditions—because we use the units ourselves.
-
Purpose: Every build strengthens community capacity and animal welfare access.
Our construction team, led by Brian, brings years of expertise in prefabricated and modular construction, from tiny home villages to community infrastructure projects across remote and urban settings.

Whether you need a full-service vetmobile, a compact animal health unit, or a community-specific modular structure, we can design a bespoke solution that fits your needs and environment.

Comfortable Interiors
We we aren't building a vetmobile, we're using them in remote communities. That means we know how to make them functional AND comfortable for those long days.

Let's Go!
Our vet team did over 1,000 spay & neuter surgeries in this 18-foot unit over a year. Set up and take-down takes a few hours and she tows like a dream.

Call in the Chopper
This 20-foot, two-room vetmobile in a sea-can can be moved on a flat deck or choppered if you have access to a big bird.
